Feedback rules and rewards
Found something broken, or have an idea? Press Feedback on any page. Real bugs and good ideas earn a reward in Nano.
Bugs
- Anyone may report a bug. It is free.
- When we fix a bug you reported, you get a reward: $1 (small), $5 (medium), $20 (serious), or more for something serious.
- To get a reward, sign in with Nano before you send the report. The reward goes to that address.
- Only the first report of a bug gets the reward. Later reports of the same bug get our thanks.
Ideas
- Sending an idea costs 2¢ in Nano. This keeps the idea board free of spam.
- You get the 2¢ back when we accept the idea, when we decline it, and when it is already on the board.
- We keep the 2¢ only when an idea is spam or a joke at someone's cost.
- If we build your idea, you get a reward: $1 (small), $5 (medium), $10 (large), $20 (major).
- Ideas you mark as public go on the idea board, where others can vote.
- We may already have the same idea, and we have no duty to build any idea. Sending an idea gives us the right to use it.
Security problems
- Report a way to cheat, steal, or see other people's data with the Security tab. Only we see it; it is never public.
- Rewards: $20 (low), $50 (high), or more for something serious.
- Do not test on other people's accounts or money, and do not use a problem before it is fixed. Reports that break this rule get no reward.
Rewards in general
- We decide each reward and its amount. A reward is not guaranteed.
- Rewards are paid in Nano (XNO) at the price on the day they are sent.
- We pay up to $100 in rewards each month. Rewards above that go out the next month.
- Screenshots are private and deleted when a report is closed.
